International Shipping Rates |

OPAS will select the most appropriate carrier depending on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Because of our special relationship with the leading international carriers, OPAS is able to offer its members discounted shipping rates according to the size and weight of the item shipped. Per industry standard, OPAS charges either the actual weight of a shipment or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater. If your package is light but very large, you will be charged by dimensional weight.
An Extended Area Surcharge of $.24 per pound or $24 (whichever is greater) may be added to shipments to certain remote locations. A list of destinations that require a UPS Extended Area Surcharge is available here (Excel spreadsheet).
A fuel surcharge will be added to all shipments from the US.
Note: Any duties or customs fees charged by the importing country are the responsibility of the customer. |

To ship from our US office to a US destination, we charge a flat fee of $20 on top of the actual UPS shipping charge. |

Insurance is required for all shipments and must be entered by the customer per shipment request. |

OPAS will inspect your package prior to shipment upon request. This service is free for customers using our Personal Shopper service. |
