The following items are unacceptable for export by OPAS and if received will be returned to the return address printed on the shipping label:Registered cashSecuritiesSavings passbooksATM cardsPerson specified mailSpecial delivery mailCertified mail contentAny item that requires refrigerated storageHazardous materials (Including items that contain alcohol, such as hand sanitizers, nail enamels, perfumes and Aerosol.)Any item which conflicts with the law
Any other item deemed unacceptable by OPAS.
Fine artwork, antiques, gemstones, precious metals, and other high-value items may be subject to special regulations depending on the country of entry, so please contact us in advance of shipping.

Damage and Loss During Transport
Package can be insured for an optional fee at the time of shipping. In the event that a package is damaged, OPAS will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis to determine the amount of compensation. In order to file a claim, please submit the following: names and descriptions of damaged items, photos of the damaged items, photos of the shipping container, original invoice (including retail purchase price of damaged items) to service@opas.com.
Please note that insurance does not cover loss or theft for a package that is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Duty
Tariffs (import taxes) are decided by the customs authorities of the importing country. If there is a duty, it is the customer's responsibility to pay.
Contact with Customs
If a customer is contacted by customs regarding the contents of a package, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with all required correspondence. Any issue or dispute related to customs is the responsibility of the customer. OPAS will not assume any responsibility and will not communicate with the customs office on the customer's behalf.
Returned Packages
If a package has to be returned to OPAS due to an incorrect address, or because no one is available at the destination to receive the package, or for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that there will be a storage charge after 30 days.
If inspection is requested, OPAS will inspect all packages to confirm products, quantity, size and color, however, we cannot determine the presence of manufacturer's defects, such as electronic or mechanical malfunction. For inspection of a specific product detail, please contact customer service.
